Sizing

Size Kits are required before ordering nails. If you have previously been sized with another Press On Nail Artist I am happy to work with you to determine if you need a new Size Kit. 

Sizing is the client's responsibility & Pretty Bird Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizing if a Size Kit was not purchased or measurements were provided incorrectly.

Remakes are available for an additional fee. 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of custom products, all sales on press-on nails are final.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 24 hours with photos & videos of the damage to resolve the issue. 

Custom Designs

Please contact me before purchasing a Custom Designs to ensure that the correct level is selected

*Slight variations in colors or designs may occur due to the handmade nature of the product.

Processing & Shipping

Processing Time: Standard Processing is 10 business days. During the holiday seasons this time increases to 14 business days.

Maximalist Level & Multi Set Orders may require longer processing times. I will update your orders progress & inform you if additional time is needed. If you are unsure whether or not your deadline falls within my processing time, please message me before ordering or select the "Rush Order" shipping option at checkout.

Shipping Time: Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location & Seasonal/Holiday Delays. Rush Order shipping typically takes 2 business days.

  Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped if USPS Ground tier shipping or above is selected at checkout.  

Lost or Delayed Packages: I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact me, and I will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Cancellations

Custom orders cannot be canceled once order is placed.

Safety Disclaimer

Follow the instructions provided for safe application and removal to avoid nail damage. Pretty Bird Nails is not liable for any harm caused by improper use.
